I interviewed weeks ago and unfortunately did not hear back. HireVue was a bit intimidating but it wasn't too bad. Interviewer was great and would've loved to work for them.
Interview went well, firm has competitive salary, Interviewer was very knowledgeable about the firm. Explained the structure and how the process works. Talked about size of firm and its regions and new management.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DLA Piper (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Digital interview, followed by telepresence interview at the DLA Piper office. Prior to interview, reference check requested and a questionnaire is sent to your references. If all went well, passed onto second interview in office. Fairly quick process. However, when concluding final interview was advised to reach out to my recruiters for the benefits schedule and a recommendation for the position would be sent to hiring manager. I followed up with the recruiters three times, sent a follow up and thank you to both interviewers and no response. If a potential candidate is not the best fit, that’s ok but have the professionalism and courtesy to respond to follow up emails. Went through entire process, asked my references to complete a questionnaire just to be left high and dry. Recruiters should provide feedback regardless of decision.
