Submitted an online application, was requested to complete an online attention to detail test and a verbal reasoning test. Was then invited to interview with HR and the Head of Paralegals online. The interviewer was really friendly and the interview itself was very relaxed. It was bout 20 mins of the interviewers talking about the structure of DLA and the role itself and then about 40 mins of questions and conversation. Very few questions actually got asked and it was mainly a lot of chatting about my CV and myself.
