Interview
Great experience! I like and am really impressed with everyone with whom I spoke - the recruiter (30 min screening), the hiring manager and team lead (1 hour fifteen minute interview), and the regional sales and account manager (1 hour interview). In all, it was a three step process that covered about a week and a half. The recruiter was great when I misplaced an email, and they all answered my questions with complete candor and transparency.

Behavioral and background questions that suited the role, such as how you would handle competing priorities, your process to find information that you don't know or have, etc. One question I was really impressed with: what traits are you looking for in a manager? Never have been asked that question, and I thought it was great to have a company care enough to ask it. :-)

Phone interview with recruiter then in person interview with the local team. Felt informed throughout the whole process. Recruiter was great to work with. Follow up emails really helped keep you informed through the process

Interview
I liked the thoroughness of the interview process. I got to meet with management, coworkers and allies from another department. It helped me to know I could work well with the team personality wise and they answered my questions about the job.
