Interactive interview discussion rather than an interrogation. Wanted to learn more about my mindset as a production Coordinator. Was offered a role after 3 weeks. Overall good experience with the hiring process.
Very casual, friendly, patient and took the time to learn about me and my experiences and see where best I could fit within the team. Asked about my favourite animated films too, and why I’m interested in this industry.
