It was an online recorded interview. I answered some questions about my background, strengths, why I want to work here, and just general information like that. I had to give my answer in less than a few minutes and you get a few minutes to practice before each one.

Multiple rounds of interviews among everyone on staff, fairly simple questions related to resume and overall goals for the future. Some questions were about client relations and time management. Nothing too stressful.

There was 2 interviews, first interview with your to be manager to indroduce themselves, the company, team and the position. 2nd interview with the technical and hiring supervisors, you'll be given a case study and the required prep material will be accessible. Physcometric assessment prior to 2nd interview, during the interview you'll have to elaborate your results and justify your personality inclination (eg leader, proud, social...) Process took 2 months.
