I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DPR Construction (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Very personal and easy. Not very many questions based on technical experience. Questions were more focused on habits and personality. They really focus on getting to know you as an individual and also they show you the company culture. The Interview included a job site visit.
I applied through university. I interviewed at DPR Construction
Interview
4 hours long interview, 4 one-on-one interviews (15 min each), group activities with other candidates, final video confession to record following up a question and a final pizza get togther.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DPR Construction (Raleigh, NC)
Interview
Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
