Two rounds of interviews. After a phone interview with an HR, I was invited to another interview at the regional office. The second round was a round robin interview. I was interviewed by 4 people each about 30 minutes. The interviews consisted mostly of behavioral questions to get a sense of who you are as a person and whether you'd be a good fit for the company

Interview
Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
