friendly company started with asking question about resume pretty straight forward. they were interested to know if you had any project engineer position before. they were hiring for full time and intern position.

4 hours long interview, 4 one-on-one interviews (15 min each), group activities with other candidates, final video confession to record following up a question and a final pizza get togther.

Very non traditional, had to do team building exercises with people I’m directly interviewing against. Based off this I ruled out dpr as an employee I would work for. Did 5 min speed interviews with 5 groups of 3.
Relaxed and enjoyable, 5 different interviews all were not too bad. Interviewing for personality, they do not ask you any test questions. They just want to see your enthusiasm for building things.
