DRB Homes interview questions

Received a phone screen call and then schedule in person interview about a week apart. Interviewed with sales manager and VP (of sales). 2nd interview a week later with sales manager. Received offer about 1.5 weeks later

The interview process included a recruiter phone call, then video call with the HRIS/Payroll Manager and a phone call with the former Director. I was told I would hear back about an in-person interview, but received a rejection email the next day. The process felt inconsistent. They mentioned urgency in hiring, but things moved slowly. It was also surprising that no one on the HRIS team had experience using Dayforce.
