Well organised, more mathematically demanding than some other trading interviews, required some basic finance and current events knowledge. Interviewers were friendly and engaged in good discussion with me about my background and current events.

Very bad, I was invited to a telephone interview but I was only being interviewed by a recent grad (still common enough in the sector) and he sounded as if he didn't care at all what I was saying. Sounded extremely dull and answered any questions I had very briefly. Having done a number of these interviews and being seuccesful/getting to final stage in most, I was not too surprised at being rejected here, not because of my performance but because I felt this interviewer hadn't listened to a thing I said. I was asked about options knowledge which I definitely had accurately but I was still rejected. This may sound like an angry rant after a bad performance but it was in fact the most bizarre phone interview I've ever had.
