      Project Coordinator Interview

      30 Aug 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Juno Beach, FL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at DSS, Inc. (Juno Beach, FL) in Feb 2013

      Interview

As an internal candidate, the process requires employment in an existing position for a minimum of one year. An exception was made for me due to a recent promotion while I was attempting to move into the new position. They are flexible at times when the right candidate is available. The process involves the managers of the department you are applying for and meeting in a group session where general questions are asked. In the event your experiences or skills are not a true match for the position, questions relating to your past experiences as well as many scenario-based questions are asked to assess your knowledge in the position.
