The interview process was quick and the recruiters were responsive and organized. It included a HireVue video round with basic technical questions, followed by a panel interview with three team members.
Unfortunately, the panel experience was not very strong. The technical depth of the questions was quite limited — one interviewer struggled to frame questions clearly, another focused mostly on high-level theory, and the third asked primarily basic Agile methodology questions. For a technical role, I expected a more in-depth and role-relevant discussion.
Overall, the process felt efficient, but the interview content did not align with the level of technical rigor I was expecting, and it left me with the impression that the team may not be strongly focused on technical growth or innovation relative to current market trends.
