They just asking about family background process of interview is not good
selection on Reference only
don't know the values of Employee or students.. so i suggest don't go for walk in interview for DTDC they just making fun of candidate

There is gd and later on 2 interviews. Communication skills doesn't matter much for then they want a person who can manage people and they also want people for particular location who knows local language.
