STAR format, look it up online. be very detailed in your answers making sure to cover each point of the STAR, especially the R, which is result. It consists of 5 questions, and the interview is usually just with one person. There's usually a question regarding when you used excel/access/some other tool for completing a task, some question about organization, some question about needing to get something from someone not responding I think? I don't remember them all exactly.
So, for STAR format, as opposed to a "what would you do in this situation?" it's more like "name a time this situation occurred to you and what you did." So come prepared with a bunch of stories of experiences and things in your head and situations from previous jobs that could be easily modified to answer the specific question being asked.
