Interview
Submitted my resume to HR through a friend. Got a call if I was interested in a position. They already had an offer for me when HR call me, so I didn't have any interview with management. It was an odd process without an interview with management but I accepted the offer. The process was very quick.

Question 1
Didn't get any questions. They need someone ASAP and extended me an offer.
First interview was done over the phone. 5 questions based on Star method. 2nd interview was in person and again questions based on Star method. Get a good rapport going with your panel and it's not too difficult.
