DV GROUP interview questions

Spoke with head of Trading, based in the US. Lovely chap, clearly a sharp, young, dynamic trader who has progressed onto a managerial/oversight role. Good detailed questioning about trading style, He has a good understanding of the pecularities of each market, so was very open/non-authoritative when asking questions about my market of specialism.
