I found the the recruitment process of DWS a bit discriminatory towards immigrants. Initially I went through the two rounds of Face to Face interviews (nothing unusual. just normal technical and behavioural questions). But the third stage, which was the logical reasoning written test, was only for newly migrated candidates (which I eventually found out from an external source later on).
