Typical interview process. You start with phone interview and then move to an in office interview if they decide to move you forward. I actually interviewed for DZAP twice for 2 different positions. The first time I passed the phone screening and came in for an in office interview. I thought it went pretty well, the employees I spoke with were really nice and seemed impressed/interested in me. Sent a thank you email the next day, a follow up email the next week, and another follow up email 2 weeks after my interview. NO RESPONSE.... I wanted to give the company another try and applied for another position a year later. Got the phone interview and the interviewer seemed really impressed with my application. She said she will have to talk to her manager to confirm a few things. Sent thank you email the next day and a follow up email one week later. NO RESPONSE AGAIN. I found this very unprofessional. Please don't waste applicants time if you have no interest in them. I was left hanging after my first interview for weeks and had to accept that they were not going to respond. Throughout my career, I have never encountered a company so unprofessional and fake. Be aware if you are applying to work at DZAP.
