Interview
very strange interview experience. They're definitely looking for a certain type of person who thinks they can sell anything, because the truth is if you ask them about the numbers they give you vague answers and a little bit or research shows that they don't sell enough product to make their pay scale reach the projected income they present you with.
Quick response after applying. Scheduled interview and awaiting next steps. I was called and asked to answer questions that were “non negotiable” and they were pretty standard. It’s a sale position, 100% commission, and appointments are set for you. As long as you are willing to put in the time and effort, expect the make the money.

The Phone Interview was informal and very conversational. A manager asked why I applied for the job and asked had me describe what a career meant to me. The phone interview lead to an in person interview.

Interview
Told me everything I wanted to hear. Explained the training and performed an assessment of my personality Overall it was easy to follow and understand. I asked questions they asked questions. For sales roles it’s more of a personality fit not necessarily an experience driven role as they’ll teach you everything you need to know while you’re working as they have a 2 week paid training course.
