I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DaBella (West Seattle, WA) in Feb 2021
Interview
First they contacted Mr on indeed I didn't respond after seeing other employees comments on the company then they emailed me so I became intrigued so I responded and they instantly texted me obviously needing help
Quick response after applying. Scheduled interview and awaiting next steps. I was called and asked to answer questions that were “non negotiable” and they were pretty standard. It’s a sale position, 100% commission, and appointments are set for you. As long as you are willing to put in the time and effort, expect the make the money.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at DaBella (Las Vegas, NV) in Dec 2022
Interview
The Phone Interview was informal and very conversational. A manager asked why I applied for the job and asked had me describe what a career meant to me. The phone interview lead to an in person interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at DaBella (Phoenix, AZ) in Nov 2022
Interview
Told me everything I wanted to hear. Explained the training and performed an assessment of my personality Overall it was easy to follow and understand. I asked questions they asked questions. For sales roles it’s more of a personality fit not necessarily an experience driven role as they’ll teach you everything you need to know while you’re working as they have a 2 week paid training course.
