I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at DaVita (Brentwood, TN) in Nov 2011
Interview
The head hunter first got me a phone interview and it had some technical questions. I know the stuff but the terminology alludes me at times and I messed up some of the questions. Not much of a chance after that. Because that kills the deal.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DaVita in Feb 2024
Interview
Had about a 10 minute call with a recruiter where they mostly talked about themself and didn't give any information about next steps.
Two weeks later I got an invite to meet with the Hiring Manager. It turned out to be a technical interview with 3 people (2 devs and hiring manager) where they asked back to back SQL questions for about 15 minutes. The hiring manager then said I did great answering the questions but implied I wouldn't be a fit and I should look for a different role in the future and then ended the call early.
It would have been great to know this was going to be a technical interview lol. Oh and use your cameras when doing a video call it was weird to be the only one with a camera on.

good process. The timeline was quick. They setup 3 rounds of interview. First a questionnaire, second was a phone interview. Third one was face to face interview. The hiring manager was quick to respond the process was smooth and quick.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at DaVita (Denver, CO) in Apr 2016
Interview
Very thorough and efficient. Brought a group in and received an overview. Then interviewed us one on one and narrowed down choices to top 2 or 3 for more in depth questioning.
