Phone interview. The recruiter called on time and was very pleasant. The recruiter spoke about the company and really wanting to know if I was available to work at 5 days at the week, basically on call. the interview questions were very basic, tell me about yourself, some situational questions. nothing major.

It was very basic and seemed like a lot of propaganda about there culture. Seems vey focused on branding/imaging not sure this carries over into patient care. Found a better fit with another organization.

I applied online and got a confirmation email. next step was to take the online assessment which will take around 30 minutes to finish. You will receive another email requesting for a phone interview which will last 30 minutes. you will be the one to choose your available time and date. if you pass the interview you will be scheduled for a panel interview in one of Davita office.

I just went through a phone screen and I felt like she was attacking me saying I don't think you did much research. There's so many resources online that you could've gone through. I felt like I had to explain myself to her.
