Interview
Multiple interviews, with a variety of people. Supervisor, RN Clinical Coordinator, PCT. Then follow up interview with Medical Director. Also included, a two hour time period "shadowing" on clinical floor, where one can ask clinical individuals about their perspective on their job.
It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Interview
Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
