Phone interview with friendly professional recruiter answered all my questions plus allowed me to ask questions about the company. I felt the recruiter was attentive and listening to me. After speaking to the recruiter, i was sent an email with a list of actions for me to complete. After i submitted the required actions, i received a phone call from local DaVita to do an in person interview.

It was very basic and seemed like a lot of propaganda about there culture. Seems vey focused on branding/imaging not sure this carries over into patient care. Found a better fit with another organization.

I applied online and got a confirmation email. next step was to take the online assessment which will take around 30 minutes to finish. You will receive another email requesting for a phone interview which will last 30 minutes. you will be the one to choose your available time and date. if you pass the interview you will be scheduled for a panel interview in one of Davita office.

Interview
I just went through a phone screen and I felt like she was attacking me saying I don't think you did much research. There's so many resources online that you could've gone through. I felt like I had to explain myself to her.
