The initial interview was a short phone interview with a hiring recruiter. The second interview was on site. Questions were asked by a team of three DaVita facility members. Questions were similar to the "What would you do if..."; however, the questions were based on previous behaviors and actions with the questions being "Describe a time in which you ____ and how did you handle it. Please describe the details/step-by-step actions. What would you have done different. The questions were based on time management, delegation, prioritization, etc. Very comfortable setting (well, as comfortable as a three team member interview can be!!) I met with a phone recruiter (screener) first, who took some time to find out a little more about me and my values and experiences. They also went over what they are looking for (job description) and also talked about aspects of the job such as hours and days. I passed the phone screening and went on to have an interview with the Facility Manager at Davita for the facility I applied to two days later. The overall process was quick and went smoothly.
