The interview was centered on personality questions. The facility administrator conducted the interview. She was very personable and professional. She explained the work environment at DaVita and gave an overview of the work flow and a typical day in the clinic.

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
