Applied via internal referral- spoke with the recruiter and had an interview the same week. Interview: straightforward, both parties on the hiring panel had their cameras off (unprofessional and off-putting) Communications: Was informed I’d hear back within a week. Was radio silenced until multiple follow up calls and emails were made to finally get a response nearly 2 weeks later. Overall: good company values & benefits, but direct communication was significantly lacking
