One of the interviewers had very little interest. The interview started right off with their paper based generic questions. Didn’t get to know anything else about the person. Everything you say or mostly everything, really just your responses are written down. They also claim no experience is needed, however I had no experience and they turned me down. So in reality experience is a must

It is an Interactive , easy and not intimidating interview. Called me back for offer within 2 weeks. I was interviewed by 2 FA. The interview is structured and they were friendly .

Over the phone interview, very chill. After the interview, they invited me for a job preview to come in for one hour in the hospital - meet the team, get a tour, put on the floor with a nurse, and shadow, and see what they go through, and see the pt’s. If everyone agrees yes, then they present formal offer.
