Two stage interview process with the Head of IT and then with the CIO. Took about two weeks to finalise including a police and drug test (it's a construction company so health and safety are very front of mind)

A project sponsor comes to you and asks you to do something that's outside of what you agreed to deliver in the previous planning meeting. And they want it done immediately. How do you handle this?
