I went through an initial interview with the recruiter, a psychometric assessment, an interview with department heads and a final interview. During the last interview, one of the interviewers said an i quote “ you’re really young” ( I’m a masters degree holder in my 20s by the way). I could feel the age and racial bias even through the screen of my final virtual interview. I did my best, passed all three interview assessments and two weeks after the final interview got an automated message saying “unfortunately…” Nope, I wouldn’t recommend interviewing for this company.
