I applied for the position via LinkedIn and was contacted by a member of the HR Department. After several email exchanges, I was brought in to talk with the Director of Digital Production. We had a pleasant conversation which included pretty standard interview questions... history, management style, interests, etc. He immediately wanted to have me interview with the Executive Digital Producer on the account I was interviewing for, but she happened to be out of the office. On my way out, I received a call that she had just arrived in the office. So, I turned right around and went back in. After another fairly standard interview, I was ushered on my way feeling positive. I was asked to come back in the next week to speak with their Associate Director of Digital Production. After that interview, I was given an offer just under a week later.
