Very straight forward and HR was great to work with. There weren't too many rounds and everyone was great to speak to. The entire process was virtual. I really loved how communicative the entire company was.
I applied through other source. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at DailyPay in Feb 2025
Interview
Very organized interview process. Met with many members of the team, which was very helpful and informative. The HR team was very accessible, and I felt like it moved fast enough to keep the momentum going but also not rushed. I got to the final stages of the process, and it was maybe about a month or so? DailyPay is a great product for employees and really makes a difference in people's lives. I loved that the team seemed driven by the mission. I pulled my application for personal reasons.

Question 1
They presented me with different challenges/goals and how I've handled similar challenges in the past. Nothing, I was asked, 'throwing me off', most of the conversations had a structured objective, but also organic.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DailyPay (New York, NY) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process started with a brief first-round conversation focused on getting to know my background and interest in the role. The second round was a mock cold call exercise where I was given two attempts and received constructive, actionable feedback after each try. The interviewers created a supportive and professional environment that made the process feel fair and encouraging overall.

Question 1
One of the key questions they asked was how I handle rejection. They were interested in understanding my mindset around setbacks and how I stay motivated in a sales environment where rejection is common.
