The interview was scheduled three times by the recruiter and canceled each time without prior notice. This was my first experience with such a situation during an interview process. I believe that Dandy should have a more standardized interview process and place greater consideration on candidates’ time.
I applied online. I interviewed at Dandy in Jan 2026
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who scheduled me two weeks in advance. The day before the interview on Friday January 9th, she cancelled and asked to reschedule for 10am EST (8am MST) on the 9th. I woke up an hour early for the interview, she no called, no showed. To this day (which is January 21st) I have not heard back. I even left her a polite voicemail and then emailed the Head of Talent and Head of People. No response from anyone. Never seen this level of unprofessionalism from any company I've spoken to in the last decade. I know it was a sign and that I dodged a bullet.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Dandy (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
A quick phone call to discuss your experience, your personal traits, and what you may be interested in. After which they'll explain their company and what they do to see if that aligns. If all goes well you get sent an online technical coding session (on your own).
Not sure if the company reviews the coding session... but rather the solution itself.
