The interview process consisted of two stages: an introductory meeting with the hiring manager, followed by a second, in-person interview with the manager and a team member. The entire process was very friendly and open. The technical interview included questions regarding fundamental mechanical methods and principles, as well as relatively simple physics and mechanics problems designed to be solved verbally to assess my understanding of the underlying processes. This was followed by several questions concerning experience with Ansys and LS-Dyna. Overall, the interview went very well.
