      Account Manager Interview

      Houston, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I interviewed at Danfoss (Houston, TX)

      Interview

Pros: The process was well-organized, with timely scheduling and clear communication from HR.Some interviewers were professional and asked thoughtful, role-specific questions. Cons: One interviewer had not reviewed my résumé, which came across as unprepared and dismissive. Another interviewer downplayed my skills by focusing heavily on job changes rather than accomplishments. The interview style felt impersonal and purely about numbers, with no genuine interest in me as a person. After several rounds, I received no constructive feedback or closure.Advice to Management: Review résumés beforehand, balance performance-driven questions with personal-fit conversations, and provide timely, constructive feedback. Candidates should feel valued as people, not just numbers. I would not recommend accepting a role under these conditions.
