A little bit strange recruitment process. There was only one interview with the hiring manager, and I didn’t receive any response for a month. The interview itself wasn’t very difficult — we both realized that we weren’t a good match. Still, it’s good practice to give feedback to the candidate, even if it’s negative. But everything happens for the best)

Question 1
The questions are quite standard, relating to your previous experience and your motivation.
Good process and thoughtful people. There were quite a few steps and in the end only a few made the cut. Good luck to them. The feedback from the process was very valuable however and something I could use going forward in other processes.

Essy process but the company was too eager to hire and many engineers I was introduced to on my interview were leaving which raised a concern. I asked for a development plan and some engineers told me they’re leaving due to lack of development in certain areas
