Danish Crown interview questions

A little bit strange recruitment process. There was only one interview with the hiring manager, and I didn’t receive any response for a month. The interview itself wasn’t very difficult — we both realized that we weren’t a good match. Still, it’s good practice to give feedback to the candidate, even if it’s negative.
