Applied through a Recruiter. I was then invited to an Assessment Centre at the Chiswick Park office in London.
The day consisted of the following:
SHL Testing (Verbal and Non-verbal Reasoning)

Lunch (after which they ask candidates who haven't reached their test requirements to leave)
