The hiring process at Danske consisted of three interviews on top of logic and personality test. Hiring process was super smooth and efficient, salary negotiated based on my experience. Over all positive experience.

Interview
Two stage interview with recruitment manager, HR and final one with co-workers. Quite relaxed environment. Manager had some personal and technical questions, however nothing other than the usual stuff and questions. Overall experience was OK.

Interview
Got a call back after applying quite quickly. Two long interviews with HR/managers and an online test. Lots of boring and very common/predictable interview questions. Rejected the offer due to a low salary (€800 for a mid-level role which is significantly lower than I expected) and poor working hours (late finishes which contradicted what I was told during the interview).
