Worst interview process,several time rescheduled, when happened panelist were inexperienced,it's a complete support center with zero development project, interviewers don't know basic Oops like static and dynamic polymorphism. Heard very negative reviews from my cousin working there ,they do lots of hiring and firing at Bangalore IT centre, very bad work culture, operate like an bpo. Indian MNCs like TCS,Infosys,HCL,Wipro,and other big IT consulting MNCs like Accenture, Capgemini, Big4 consulting, Big4 US bank's IT subsidiaries are way ahead and better than Danske IT. Despite being offered ,I declined to stay in the current organization for stability and learning.
