I recently attended an interview with this organization, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing experiences I have encountered.
The interviewer’s approach lacked professionalism and constructive evaluation. Instead of assessing my technical knowledge through structured questions or problem-solving discussions, the interaction felt dismissive and biased. The feedback provided was vague, stating that I was “not technically strong,” without offering any specific examples or areas for improvement.
Moreover, the interviewer made generalized assumptions about my work experience, implying that I only execute assigned tasks without independent research, which is not an accurate reflection of my professional capabilities.
A good interview process should be a two-way discussion that evaluates both technical competence and problem-solving ability in a respectful manner. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations.
Pros:
Opportunity to attend the interview
Cons:
Lack of structured technical assessment
Unprofessional and dismissive communication
No constructive feedback provided
Advice to Management:
Improve interviewer training to ensure candidates are evaluated fairly, with clear technical discussions and meaningful feedback.
