I'll start by stating that all the interviews were in-depth and felt more like a conversation than an interview, which is a high bonus point for the company.
My issue is with the process itself - the HR person was unclear about how many interviews required during the process, and each time I asked, the answer was different. I end up having 6 interviews, including two HR interviews, with two different HR people that asked almost the same questions. They also asked to speak with former employees mid-process, which is both weird and unprofessional. The HR person never on time with providing answers regarding the next steps - "a few days" turned to two weeks, twice.
During the process, which was almost 6 weeks long, I was told that I'm one of two final nominees but then ended up with no offer and no explanation other than "we don't have any feedback".
This is one of the most unprofessional processes I've experienced, which is a shame for a company of this size.
