Interview
This seems to be a fairly old - school -- good old boys working environment. Interviewed by 3 men, who seemed, honestly, to put on some airs. They loved asking the interview questions about making sandwiches and former microsoft questions (attention to detail etc.). Lots of security, presumably because the processes are patented etc. They were quick with results of interview and I think one would know fairly quickly wether they would fit in with this group (I did anyway)
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Dart Container (Mason, MI)
Interview
Long interview process with long time for response. Starts with HR, the hiring manager and then the peers and hiring manager. Everyone is so friendly and the respectful work environment is obvious from the beginning.
