Had two interviews, one with HR locally and one with someone in UK, had a good experience - interview was casual and felt more like a discussion. Even had some technical issues that threw me off a little bit but the interviewer was really nice about it. The interviewer was very friendly gave me a lot of insights about company, role, challenges - felt very genuine.
