Interview
The interview process was poorly organized. I received an email inviting me to the interview, but no expectations were shared. I initially assumed it was an HR interview, only to find out it was with the hiring manager. Additionally, there was no follow-up or communication after the interview.
It would be more professional and respectful if the company informed candidates whether they are moving forward or not, rather than leaving them without any response.

Interview
It was an insightful process with multiple interviews and a case study. I applied online and completed a virtual interview, then I completed a case study on product management for their current and future products and then a final interview with the CTO. They were responsive throughout the journey and really kind!
