From application to offer is was exactly 1 month. The recruiter was in constant contact with me throughout the process, not once did I feel “ghosted.” After my initial interviews with recruiting and the hiring manager, I was given tasks to complete in the form of mock emails of how I would reach out to a POC and then asked to prepare for a role play. The hiring manager sent me this info via email so I could refer back to it, and even included his personal cell # for me to reach out to him with any questions. That was something that really stood out to me. I got nervous during our role play phone call, so HM offered to turn the cameras off because they were a crucial part of the exercise. Happy to say, that made things much easier. He gave me great feedback, and I left that zoom call knowing exactly where I stood. The recruiter continued contact with me and gave me feedback. He contacted me the day before my final interview to wish me good luck and give me a couple pointers to have a successful final interview. The final was with a director and an AE. Very laid back, but calculated questions. The experience with Dashlane was the best one I’ve had with a tech company- EVER. Regardless of the weather I was offered or not- my opinion would be the same. Dashlane is doing it right.
