Interview
I gave 3 rounds of interviews (1 test, 2 technical) at 3ds. I felt they were descent interviews took by descent interviewers. Issue was there was no feedback. I mailed them, called them, people who referred me called HR, but no response. Why is it so hard to give response to the people who took hours from their time to give interview for your company?
I probably won't appear for another interview. HR department is too lazy and they don't care at all!

Il faut être bien préparer, j’ai eu des échanges très intéressants la durée moyenne des entretiens est d’une heure en général.
