Interview
Totally 3 rounds, ithe first round is Skype interview, then go to their office, I think they keep on interview people. The operation research group is not big, they choose the candidate really very careful. My suggestion is: prepare some IQ test questions, they reject me, the reason that I am not smart enough.

First round：ask basic questions, why choose Quintiq, why hire you, mainly about your project, ask the details on the resume.
Second round: 40 minutes presentation and questions, ask two questions to test if you are smart enough, better to prepare by reading google/facebook interview questions
Third round：programming in front of a laptop

Interview
Er zijn vier rondes. De eerste is een kennismakings interview, waarin ze kijken of je bij de vacature past. In de tweede ronde moet je een aantal puzzles doen. De derde ronde is een meer traditioneel sollicitatiegesprek en de vierde ronde is een assessment waarin wordt gekeken naar zowel vakinhoudelijke kennis als ook communicatieskills.
