Initially referred and approached by the hiring manager before any formal interviews. As a first formal round, there was a recruiter screen to figure if there was a role fit and they explained the whole hiring process. Once a fit was confirmed, I could choose how long I'd like to prepare before interview scheduling.
Eventually, I was fast-tracked, and they scheduled four interviews in a single week. Two tech rounds and two behavioral rounds. All four were 60 minutes.

* People & Hiring: Conversation about how I've built thriving teams in the past
* Tactical & Execution: Conversation about how I've made impact in the past
