A structured hiring process. Multiple rounds that included recruiter screening interview, hiring manager interview, coding assignment, technical interview, stakeholder interview, panel presentation and finally a senior executive interview. Took around 6 weeks from the time of application to complete all the rounds.

As the role was more customer facing, they wanted to assess the stakeholder management capabilities more than the technical capabilities.

The recruiter ghosted after the tech round, although the tech round went really good. Simple questions, basic databricks skills, apache spark required but not mentioned in the job desc
