I have been contacted by a Databricks recruiter. Was told that my linkedin profile would be a perfect fit. Next step was a call with another recruiter to have a first interview. This interview was very high level. Wanted to see how exited the candidate is to be considered for Databricks. Wasnât able to answer any deeper questions regarding the job. I have asked for feedback but didnât get any.
Overall strange process. If you do outbound recruiting it is not only the candidate that has to sell himself. I wouldnât recommend the hiring process to anyone. If they treat you like kettle in the hiring it wonât become better once you on board.
